Put the brace on and position the cushioned center directly over your kneecap.
To tighten, press the dial inward and turn it clockwise gradually until the brace feels secure. Avoid overtightening.
To loosen, turn the dial back until you feel the release, then gently pull the support cords outward to create more room. We recommend practicing the tighten-and-release motion before your first activity.
If the brace rolls, slips or feels uncomfortable, stop and check the position, size and tension before continuing.
